On the map, we intelligently cluster the vehicles together if they are very close or display them separately if they are at a distance from each other. You can view whether your vehicles are stationary or moving. When you click on these clusters, you are able to zoom into the map and view the specific locations of the vehicles that are part of that cluster. To get a better idea of ETAs, you can use satellite or traffic filters to monitor road conditions. FLEET DETAILS & DISPATCHING View driver and vehicle profile information to find the best pair for the job. Filter and search by duty status, vehicle maintenance issues, groups, vehicle status, vehicle location, and available Hours of Service for more efficient fleet dispatching. With accurate vehicle and asset tracking, dispatchers can see real-time locations and ETAs at any point — no phone calls necessary. DRIVER COMMUNICATION Fleet managers are frequently challenged to stay in close contact with drivers. Previously, fleet administrators and fleet managers could send messages to drivers by logging into the KeepTruckin Fleet Dashboard. Now, they can call, email, or send text messages to drivers anytime, anywhere from their mobile via the KeepTruckin Fleet App. FLEET MAINTENANCE Monitor fleet and vehicle health with telematics data like diesel exhaust fluid level (DEF), fuel level, engine fault codes, engine hours, and odometer readings to streamline vehicle maintenance.
