Training Menu Overview
Ergo:
Allows you to set your target wattage and turns over control the the Kagura unit for autom atic control based on your training program.
Level:
The Kagura unit controls wattage in increm ents from 1-10.
Slope:
The Kagura unit works with your incline/de cline (Slope) and automatically adjusts for going up and coming down.
Interval:
This feature allows you to customize up to 6 different interval training programs. You can go up to 10 in each program.
