It's ideal for locating metal studs, nails, screws, pipes, or other magnetic materials. How It Works: Your phone has a built-in magnetometer that measures the surrounding magnetic field. The app calibrates automatically at startup, setting a baseline for your environment. Readings are displayed in real-time, and deviations from the baseline indicate the presence of magnetic objects.
