Easily measure deflection for tube and roll straighteners with the Turner Machine Deflection Calculator. Deflection Calculator takes inputs for 4 parameters: outside diameter, roll center, yield, and Young's modulus. It then outputs a deflection in either inches or millimeters. A unit selector allows for easy transition between imperial and metric units. For the roll center, as an alternative to the user entering the value, a selector with over 50 machines will apply the correct value for that machine in the specified units. Similarly, the Young's modulus can be input by selecting one of six metals.
