eVu Senz

The eVu Senz app works in conjunction with Thought Technology Ltd.’s eVu TPS Biofeedback sensor (https://thoughttechnology.com/evu-tps-package-t4500/) to teach self-awareness, relaxation and focus through the monitoring of biometric data and self-regulation. Features of the eVu Senz include: • Displays biometric data for four well-research modalities: skin conductance, temperature, respiration and heart rate variability (HRV). • Self-training using Biofeedback: a point-based program that automatically tailors success appropriate to the user’s skill level. • Live graphs and proportional midi-tone Biofeedback of biometric data. • Breath pacer that guides the user to slow down their breathing, maximize HRV, and engage a healthy nervous system response. • Choice of training session lengths between 5 and 60 minutes. • Data review system to gauge training program progress. • All session data is saved in individual user profiles; only you get to see your data. • Integrated user manual for using the TPS sensor and eVu Senz app.
