TimO Mobile

TimO Mobile is an app for time recording (coming / going / attendance), project time recording, order time recording, mobile ticket system, calendar and group / team calendar, todo and checklists, CRM and customer management, vacation planner and recording of other absences such as sick, flextime application and much more . Attendance management IN/OUT/BREAK: Recording of attendance and absences times. A target / actual evaluation is also available. Project time recording: Recording and monitoring of your project times or order times for projects / orders which are assigned to you. CRM customer management: For accessing to the customers, inserting of contacts and CRM activities. Job costing /Reimbursement management: For track/insert project costs, travel expenses and other expenses. Checklist / ToDo: For createing of own ToDo's, project ToDo's and team ToDo's and mark them as done. Calendar: For manageing and recording of your private and project-related appointments. Tickets / bug tracking: For createing of trouble tickets, buglists, or working on it ans assigning of them to another person for billing or quality management. Vacation planner: For submiting of requests for day of, leave and other absences and have them approved by your manager. The system supports both one-step and multi-step approval procedures.
