Description

Report non-emergency issues like potholes, tall grass, and streetlight outages. Track request status and receive updates. Submit anonymous crime reports. View location-based issues via GIS map. Communicate directly with city staff.

The My Dublin 311 App allows anyone with a mobile device to communicate directly with City Officials and Staff in order to report, track, and receive updates on non-emergency issues in the City of Dublin. You can notify us of problems such as potholes, tall grass, missed garbage pickups, streetlight outages, and many others. Our staff will be notified and you can check on the status later under “My Requests”. You will also be able to report crime anonymously with a click or two. Browse our GIS maps in the “Our Town” section to see if a certain utility is available on your street or find your City Council Member’s contact info. Stay up to date on meetings and events happening in the DUB. A full city directory is also available that will get you speaking with the right department with a single click. The launch of this app shows that Mayor and City Council are dedicated to improving communications between our citizens and our government for the enhancement of your city services.
