All data entered by contractors into the portal is automatically synced with NEXGEN Asset Management, so you can track contractor information and progress in real time. The NEXGEN Contractor Portal eliminates phone calls, emails and faxes between you and contractors. Instead, all communications are handled through the portal, increasing responsiveness and improving documentation. Since contractors enter and submit invoices directly through the portal, city staff doesn’t have to. Say goodbye to duplicate data entry.
