Description
Create and keep records in a notebook format. Log personal entries quickly. View entries in daily or summarized view. Download data as CSV for reporting.
This is a simple easy to use diary notebook which can be used to take personnel notes.
Notes are arranged in an orderly manner as a Current Day View.
A Summarized View is available on the Report page with data grouped into each day.
Data is made available in CSV via download button on the Report page.
