Ark for Residents is an app dedicated to helping you to engage more fully with the community around you. Features are designed to provide you with a better way to communicate with your community or building manager, and your neighbours in you immediate building or community.

- Newsfeed to keep up to date with community events and notices.
- Surveys: Answer questions about your community.
- Messages - Send instant messages to your community manager.
- Payments - Pay your rent or service charge online, or pay for individual items (e.g. replacement keys)
- Documents: Review key documents from your landlord or building manager.
- Bookings: Save spaces at events or classes through the app.
- Collect Packages: Securely collect packages from your manager or concierge.
