Our characters will interview the candidates without you being involved. The only thing you will be left to do is to select the best candidates. Create a vacancy The user-friendly interface helps create vacancies for which applicants are required to record video responses. Invite applicants Invite applicants by posting a vacancy that anyone can respond to. The applicant is being interviewed The applicant gets interviewed in a live format with a pre-recorded actor. This process is far more comfortable and less stressful than recording videos to answer textual questions.
