Review the result, edit it if needed, then call, copy or text. Already have a list in text form? Copy it and import up to 100 numbers to work through one by one. FOR EVERYDAY WORK • Sales and customer service: read phone numbers from printed lists and business cards before contacting customers. • Deliveries: scan a clearly printed phone number on a label and check it before calling the recipient. • Shops and offices: copy numbers from forms, orders or notes, or add the current number to Contacts. SCAN AND HANDLE NUMBERS • Camera scanning: recognize the phone number inside the scan frame and review it before taking action. • Text import: extract up to 100 phone numbers from copied text without pasting each one separately. • Recent numbers: keep up to 100 scanned or imported numbers and scroll between them. • Copy: copy the current number, or press and hold Copy to copy the whole list. • Edit and save: correct a result, add a dialing code, or press and hold Call to add the current number to Contacts. • Messages: open a message draft. Press and hold the message button to add multiple numbers as recipients, then review and send yourself. ADJUST THE SCAN TO YOUR TASK Set the number length, switch recognition modes and correct common 1/7 recognition errors. For a number split across two lines, scan the first part and then the second. View daily scanning activity and weekly or monthly trends. GET STARTED 1. Place one phone number inside the scan frame. Keep the camera steady and the text well lit. 2. Check the result and edit it if needed, then choose Call, Copy or Message. 3. Tap the blank area around the action buttons to scan the next number. Bulk import works with copied text. When using the camera, scan one phone number at a time. Clear recent numbers before a large import to make room for your list.
