The Health Mate App

The app will ask to find your sauna to connect via Bluetooth. It will then prompt a login so it will remember your sauna. All privacy rights are protected. App will prompt if you want to turn on your sauna and choose its ideal temperature. Once chosen, the dial will render and keep progress until the sauna is at temperature. Timer is then set and will continue once prompted. Sauna will automatically sign off once timer elapses. Change of timer is changeable at anytime. Other button included is chromotherapy which changes the light feature to change to red, blue, purple, green, orange, and yellow. Each color has its own benefits for color light therapy. Examples: Red - eases joint pain, and arthritis Blue - Kills bacteria that induces illness in the body, as in cold and flu Purple - Reduces anxiety and promotes tranquility Green- Fights the "winter blues" and season affective disorder Orange - Promotes cheerfulness and mental clarity Yellow - promotes positivity and spirituality
