Description
Easy Reader is a app designed for water, electric and gas utility providers to perform mobile service orders and gather utility meter readings for billing. The app works in a connected or off line mode allowing the service tech constant access to the customers account data. Unique features include note taking, capture a picture, geo tagging meter or customers location, integration with mapping applications, texting, email or calling the customer looking for service directly from the app. Easy Reader is fully integrated with the El Dorado Utility Billing software.
