Put your diet on cruise control with Meal ID. Our streamlined method makes it easy to use by just selecting your body type and input a few readily easy information about yourself, and it will automatically generate a personalized meal plan. You can either use our free or premium plan to reach their goals. As a free user, you can create daily or weekly meal plan using the macro selection. To reach maximum potential, you can upgrade to our premium plans to unlock all functions to make weight loss or weight gain super easy. Premium you will be able to select more macro choices in addition to our popular ketogenic plan. In addition, tools will be provided that automatically calculates and graph Lean Body Mass (LBM), Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) as you provide weight and body fat information. You will have the option to upload weekly or monthly progress photos tagged with their weight, body fat, and LBM.

How Meal ID works:

We use the Katch-McArdle Equation to determine your BMR. BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate) is roughly the number of calories you burn lying in bed.

Second, we estimate your Total Daily Energy Expenditure. TDEE is the recommended number of calories needed to maintain weight.

Finally, once the calculations are done, we generate the meal plan based on the macronutrient ratio or the body type chosen with our detailed whole food database.

Meal ID is free to download and use. Should you choose to upgrade to premium, we offer 3 auto-renewing subscription options – monthly plan at $8.99 USD, 6 months plan at $29.99 USD, and the yearly plan at $47.99 and will continue until canceled. 
Payment will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. Your iTunes account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Prices are fixed and there will be no increases when renewals. 
Subscriptions can be managed by the user and auto-renewal turned off by the user in Account Settings in iTunes after purchase. Once purchased, refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of the term. 
No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period. Any unused portion of the period will be forfeited.
