Wormie Word Search

Wormie is an educational word game where children encounter new letters, words and their pronunciation. Wormie will cheer you along with expressions, sensations and sounds. This game is entertaining for the whole family! Wormie Word Search is developed for children of early school age, in collaboration with a teacher with years of experience in Norwegian primary schools. The pedagogue has expertise in didactics and specialization in Norwegian and English. The aim of this game is to help strengthen the children’s ability to decode and search for words. Word searching is an important skill in the development of becoming an efficient reader. The graphics in Wormie Word Search are colorful and simple, with the purpose of a user-friendly and appealing in-game experience. The aim of the charismatic animations is to engage and motivate children in their search for new words. Every time a word is discovered, it is read out loud. This is to help strengthen the phonological and orthographic awareness.
