OVERVIEW The Concordance Healthcare Solutions mobile app offers customers the fast and easy convenience of searching our entire product offering and placing orders, while you’re on the move. ORDER ENTRY Ordering medical supplies is now easier and even more efficient with the Concordance mobile app! The Concordance app lets you order products by simply scanning the barcode with your phone's camera. If you don't know the item #, you can easily search for items by manufacturer item number, Concordance item number, description or supplier name. You can even add items based off prior purchase history. The app also provides unique product information including: • Item availability • Item description • Customer pricing • The last purchase date and quantity • Manufacturer information As you are building your order, you can easily see a running total dollar amount of your order. You will also have the ability to access additional product detail in your cart prior to submitting your order. ADDITIONAL FEATURES • Order for multiple facilities • Access real-time order status including tracking information • Review open orders, invoices, credit status and purchase history • Receive email order confirmations GETTING STARTED All you need for registration is to provide your customer number, invoice number and total invoice amount.
