If unsure please contact your organisation's IT department ** The MYA app provides quick access to the key features of the MYA suite of applications used in your organisation. Depending on the parts of the system in use within you organisation you may not see all of these. MIS users Access forms, houses, lists. See pupil pages Issue merits/sanctions Take registers See timetables Trips users Access your trips and people on it. Get quick access to contact information, photos and any uploaded documents Once viewed you can continue to access the trip without an internet connection. Take registers Post updates Visitor users View the status of your visitors, see if they have arrived See who numbers of who is onsite/booked in/ left See list of those onsite, including photos Book a new visitor in. Package users View the status of your packages, see if they have arrived Mailroom: Book a new package in, record barcode, destination user and any notes. Can include signature / photos of any package damage. More functionality is added all the time.
