Vtalk provides more accessible and flexible counselling service brought to you by four centres under the Youth and Family Services Section, Community Services Division of Tung Wah Group of Hospitals. The video counselling service is designed for their existing service users. The four centres which provide Vtalk service are as follows: TWGHs Centre of Family Development TWGHs CROSS Centre TWGHs Even Centre TWGHs Integrated Centre on Addiction Prevention & Treatment Enquiry and Application for Vtalk: Vtalk provides service for existing service users from the above centres only.
