This refractive surgery calculator was created to facilitate the pre-operative evaluation for Lasik and PRK, based on widely accepted practices from current medical literature. The results of this calculation should be used as adjuvant in judging the indication or contraindication of refractive surgery, always correlating with the clinical evaluation, which is paramount.
