In this app you will find tools and resources to help you track and manage your disease and to help you share more information with your doctor. This free app provides - educational resources and motivational support - information you can share with your local emergency staff - an interactive journal and analysis tool that you can share with your doctor - access to a library of videos, including real patient stories and tips We value patient privacy; any information you store in the app is secured in a HIPAA-compliant database.
