The purpose of this app is to help carry the message of recovery through the concepts of A.A. Fellowship to the still suffering and to provide state-of-the-art ways to track and share goals, progress, clinical encounters, meetings, making amends, and other tools of importance to recovering addicts. It is our hope that through Sober Living app those in recovery may be assisted in developing face-to-face contact with accountability partners. The guiding principles of the content within this app are taken from the Twelve Step Traditions but there is no affiliation with Alcoholics Anonymous or any other organized fellowship program.

Sober Living app is an incredibly useful toolkit, regardless of type or length of sobriety, where you always can get precisely what you need when you need it.

We know staying sober does not come easy. It's a round-the-clock struggle for a lifetime. The problem for many of us is having no plan to replace relapse thinking with recovery thinking. We go “on the wagon” which means we can “fall off” at some point and return to our old ways and old consequences.

Sober Living tries to empower you to say good-bye to what can feel overwhelming, and focus on what’s really important. It approaches recovery as a journey not a destination. While not an official 12 step A.A. program, it is our take on realistic strategies for overcoming addictive behavior and optimizing odds of staying sober for life.

Best of all, your record of recovery stays with you - and only you - forever. We believe such personal information should be totally private and so we do not require any identifying info. Your data is not stored on some remote cloud but stays local on your own trusted devices, and backed up by whatever means you select.

Sober Living app is surprisingly intuitive but full of helpful features:

• Count - track your sober time for different behaviors, or save previous streaks as a learning experience.

• Celebrate - earn stunning commemorative coins for achieving each milestone, then share them proudly in a beautiful virtual gallery.

• Personalize - choose what is relevant to you from a wide range of dropdown menus, or create your own.

• Organize - document your progress with detailed records including corrective measures and meetings

• Listen Quietly - audio prayers and meditations curated for you for whenever you need a bit of inspiration or solace

• Connect - reach out for timely face-to-face help with real people who know and care about you, not social networks or artificial intelligence bots.

• Share - it’s entirely up to you who sees your information, also how and when they see it

• Explore - it's your portal to dynamic, web-based services, such as A.A. online meetings, medication information, 12-step education, and daily reflections - all in one app

• Alerts - with one tap settings, never again forget a medication, appointment, or meeting.

• Reminders - we all need a gentle nudge to do moral inventory, nightly review, or do our steps

• Conscious Journaling - get those thoughts out of your head and down in words, then move on

• Privacy - no third parties can mine your information for targeted advertising or data mining

• Free - we agree with A.A. that helping our recovery community should never be commercialized - so use of Sober Living is free of fees, advertising, or in-app purchases

• Thanks for Sharing - kindly send thoughts and feedback our way so we can make Sober Living the best it can be. Email to: [email protected]

• DISCLAIMER - Sober Living app is not affiliated with Alcoholic Anonymous. It is not therapy or treatment. None of the information entered by you into this app creates a counselor - patient relationship or substitutes for other forms of therapy. We created it specifically for motivational purposes which may or may not benefit the user. We do not offer it as therapy, nor is it intended to provide advice or instruction in any way.
