Treasure Coast Hospice App

Our app is for medical professionals who have patients that need hospice care. The purpose of the app is to help educate clinicians regarding our organization and hospice eligibility guidelines. Our app provides a full set of hospice guidelines, contact information, and location details for our main offices as well as our inpatient units. In addition, we provide a calendar of events as well as a way to refer patients to us for evaluation.
