FAHW Tech is your office-on-the-go for the technicians in the field running First American Home Warranty work orders. Technicians can view their daily schedules in list or map view, view work order details, provide en-route notifications to customers, submit reports, complete work and more, all from the app. Notifications will display when you arrive at a customer's home so that you don't have to search for work orders, as well as when you've left a home without providing an update. Technicians can start a report and either submit from the app or can enter and save to have the office complete and submit it later.
