Use your Trinity Health MyChart account to manage your health information and communicate with your care team from your mobile device. With the MyChart App, you can: • Review test results, medications, immunization history and more • View and pay your bill • Message your doctor • Schedule or change your appointments • Request prescription refills • Upload health and fitness information from your health app or other self-tracking programs such as HealthKit If you do not already have a MyChart account, you must first create your account through mychart.trinity-health.org or contact your doctor's office for assistance.
