Levels tracks your blood glucose in real time, so you can maximize your diet and exercise.

Note that use of this app requires an active Levels membership, and a continuous glucose monitor. Levels can connect you with a physician consultation if needed – but the decision to prescribe a CGM is up to the physician.

Levels gives you biometric feedback through a Continuous Glucose Monitor to show how your body reacts to food and exercise.

Levels can automatically import your workouts, sleep, heart rate, step data, and glucose from its integration with the Apple Health app. With your permission, your shared data will be used to create new activity logs as well as compute insights paired with your glucose data (e.g., automatically marking a workout as strenuous based on heart rate, or viewing how your glucose trended during sleep).
