Users can create tours, track issues, add comments/images, and use NFC tags to ensure stops are completed correctly. Management gets simple reports on tour completion and issues. Contacts: Centralizes all important employee contact information (phone numbers, emails) in one accessible location. Procedures: Provides a single, accessible repository for all hotel processes and incident response procedures. Parcel: Tracks incoming parcels. Employees are notified of new arrivals, which include a picture, pickup location, and supplier. It keeps an archive of who collected a parcel and when. Lost & Found: Makes tracking lost items easy with pictures, location found, who found it, date, and storage details. Guests can even search for their items online.
