Care Convene Provider

Care Convene allows healthcare providers to care for their patients through medical virtual visits and so much more. Using the Care Convene Provider app healthcare providers can: • Accept on demand (instant) and scheduled visits from their patients from any location where both parties have internet • Accept insurance • Push prescriptions to pharmacies • Allow patients to self manage chronic and acute care with questionnaires and patient updates • Receive ADT notifications when their patients get seen elsewhere • Configure SMS alerts Patients download the companion Care Convene Patient app and enter their provider's code in order to be seen by their providers.
