With hardly any advertising at all Mike Russ Financial Training Centers, Inc. has been going strong based on our no nonsense reputation. If information is not on the test we will not dwell on it in our classes. Operating out of San Diego, California Mike Russ Financial Training Centers, Inc. has four training locations throughout Southern California.
