Manage your cardiological health journey in CardioParc centers more easily.
Before your consultation:
- Consult or make an appointment at the nearest CardioParc centre
- Fill in your prescriptions, medical letters, bio results and any documents that could facilitate communication with the nurses, the sonographer and the cardiologist
- Complete your pre-consultation questionnaire, which will help assess your cardiovascular profile
After your consultation:
- Access your medical reports and examinations anywhere, anytime (echocardiography, ECG, Holter Monitoring, ABPM ...)
The analysis of your medical file as well as your pre-consultation questionnaire will allow your cardiologist and his team to prepare your consultation. If needed, your cardiologist can adjust the date of your appointment.
