Neighbourhood app is a FREE informative app that notifies you of everything around you. Application Main Features * Categories – There are 4 categories: Food & Drinks, Services, Jobs, and Entertainment. These categories are then subdivided into several subsections like Bars in Food and Drinks, ATMs in Services, Part-Time in Jobs, Events in Entertainment. * Push notifications – this is used to inform you of places near you. * Bucket List – this is a storage space for you to save places, jobs, and events in order to return to. You can add and remove from this list as you wish. * Personalisation – this gives the ability to change the order of the subcategory, so that you can prioritise what you deem fit and relatable to you. * Proximity – The app informs you how close a place is to your chosen location. * Auto Locate – If granted permissions, the app will automatically find your location and use this to function and find everything around you. * Manual Location – You can manually select what location you would like to use, and the app will find everything around that location. * Select Range – You can select the range you would like the app to search within. * Search capabilities – You can input search words in other to filter down results. * View Website – You can view the website of a place by a click of a button from within the app. * Apply for Jobs – You can be taken to the application portal for jobs found within the app by a click of a button from with the app. * Register for events – You can be taken to the registration sites of events found within the app by a click of a button from within the app. * Call a place – You can call to a place, provided a phone number is available and the your phone provider allows you to make such calls. * Directions - You can get directions to a place using Google maps or Apple maps. This feature opens up the corresponding map and preloads the start and end points. * Share results – You can share specific in-app links to a place, event, or job ad to friends and family. This requires that the recipient has the app. * Share the app – You can share the link to download the app to friends and family. * Play Cipher! – You can play Cipher as single player or challenge friends and keep up with the leader board. * Night Mode – You can do all this with the theme of your choice: Default light, dark, or Brand mode.
