The Amaze App is a Patient Empowerment Platform. Amaze is an employer/association sponsored subscription service providing virtual urgent care, virtual primary care, mental health and wellness services, workplace injury triage, and a broad range of education and tools. Amaze is led by medical providers who help our customers navigate the healthcare system, diagnosing and treating what we can, and providing guidance, referrals and help finding local care when we can’t.
