QR are a surprisingly effective way to share bits of info with folks when you're not connected — just have them point their phone camera at your screen. QR codes don't reveal any identifying information about you (like your phone number) and don't even require you be online! Almost anything that can be represented as a link can be shared, but there are a few special types— Contacts - Share them directly from the Phone / Contacts app Places - from the Apple or Google Maps app, Yelp or others. Web pages - from Safari, Chrome and more (with custom icons supported on iOS 13) Text - from your clipboard or note taking apps. This uses http://itty.bitty to display them WiFi Networks - make it easy for people to join them without having to type in the password! More! - Anything that can be shared in link or text form will probably work.
