The Portal uses your phone’s Internet connection (WI-FI or EDGE/2G/3G/4G Connection, as available). With a simple click of a button, share your requirements with the Helpdesk team and allow our maintenance professionals to attend and do what they do best.
- HELPDESK: Online access to our always available Helpdesk team for all your maintenance needs.
- REPORTS: Real-time access to a LIVE feed of all maintenance requests related to one or more of your properties. Our log reports will give you a snapshot of the health of your premises, including an ETA for our team on site.
- ACCESS: The application needs access to your location in order to calculate the distance between your location and location of the maintenance team.
