SmartBook Service is a field service solution that allows engineers to create, maintain and manage their day-to-day jobs while out in the field. This feature rich app will enable you to improve user productivity, accelerate billing cycles and reduce error prone paperwork.
How it works;
- Jobs are entered and allocated to Engineers either in the office or out on the road.
- Engineers access jobs through the app.
- Engineers complete jobs to include time spent, job comments, serial numbers, customer signature, images, parts used etc.
- A service report is then emailed to the customer.
- Office personnel view the completed job details.
