This app acts as a support to the Hind Zinc Limited whistleblower system, where you can anonymously report suspected criminal acts or breaches of the HZL Code of Conduct to the HZL Ethics Committee. Letting you report whistleblowing concerns to your company completely anonymously from within the app. The system should not be used for unfounded allegations.A report must be based on valid information and must be reported in good faith. A report can be submitted anonymously.All reports are treated with the strictest confidentiality. Typically, we tend to receive reports about the following types of issues: - fraud / corruption - harassment, discrimination and abusive behaviour - theft, damage or misuse of company property - health and safety risks - environmental damage - unethical behaviour - breach of policy - reputational damage
