The 123NET Softphone is a mobile phone application intended for use by 123NET customers to integrate seamlessly with their Hosted IP PBX service, allowing them to utilize their desk phone from anywhere.
In order to use this application you must:
1. Have an account with 123NET.
2. Have Hosted IP PBX services with 123NET.
3. Purchased Softphone Seats with 123NET Hosted IP PBX Services.
Once downloaded, you will need to contact your Systems Administrator, or the 123NET NOC at 888-440-0123 for assistance with creating an account and logging in.
