RepOne Station

The RepOne Station app is how you deliver individualized, autoregulated training programs to tablets mounted throughout your entire weight room. When an athlete completes percentage-based or otherwise manually logged sets, the Station app communicates that information back to the Coaching Portal to assess things like adherence, completion, training volume, and much more.
