Trakserv: Fleet Management

Trakserv allows you to track when each asset in your fleet needs to be serviced. You can also carry out daily inspections on your assets and have everyone in your company join to help track usage, defects and inspections. The service history for each asset can be input and saved, to ensure that you have a record of when each service was carried out. You can even email the service history to customers or save it as a PDF for your own records. Trakserv allows you to generate a custom name for each asset. You can input odometer or engine hour readings and the application will track when the next service is due based on your servicing schedule. Trakserv will notify you when a service is due and you can save service histories. The application is ideal for companies with a large fleet of cars, vans, heavy construction machinery or agricultural machinery.
