NavVid is Navigation + Video for your car or commercial vehicle.  Instead of buying a dash cam, mount your phone on your car’s dashboard with this free app.  Use the map the way you normally do, plus record trip video in the background. Save videos, save driving history, and get real-time alerts based on speed and G-Forces.  
NavVid is designed to help you be a safer driver and protect you with evidence in case of an incident.  Drive safer with speed alerts. Protect against fraud with evidence.

Maps:
Turn-by-Turn Directions; Real-Time Traffic; ETA + Distance to Destination; Search with Speech Recognition

Dash Cam:
Loop-recording - never run out of storage space; Old videos overwritten after 5 days, or 1 GB of storage; Switch between road view and in-car view; Option to record 5 seconds of driver at beginning of trip; Flag important videos – flagging a trip saves 1 minute before and after the flagged event and backs it up to the cloud (contact NavVid for access to cloud storage);
