You can use an anklet, a drinking diary, or a self learning app.
Those who agree to research at Tottori University are eligible.
· The campaign will be conducted three times: the first, six months, and one year later.
· For drinking diaries, register the type and amount of alcohols to drink each day.
The registered diary is displayed in a list format or graphically.
