VUEWorks: CitizenVUE

CitizenVUE is a mobile application used to encourage community involvement by engaging residents to submit a service request to the local service organization in order to help maintain safety and awareness. Citizens who live in participating areas can download the free application. When an item of concern is seen, citizens may submit a request and include comments, photos and documents to provide additional details on the issue. Email tracking of the request is optional. Service Requests received through CitizenVUE will populate directly into the organization’s VUEWorks asset management software.
