The FODMAP diet was invented and developed by Australian researchers in 2005 and is aimed at reducing or eliminating the symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) by removing some carbohydrates from the diet over a certain period of time.

The application has an analysis of personal diet. It is not free, but much cheaper than a visit to a cafe. Each person is unique and to identify which foods your body reacts to, you need to systematically record what you eat and the symptoms you see after eating. Try to make notes about every meal!

The application can use HealthKit to log your symptoms. Don’t worry, it will ask for permission before it does this.

This application was developed with the help of Dietary Specialist Sarah Munn.
