Report public works issues like potholes, vandalism, and drainage problems. Submit photos, track request status, and view updates. Future updates will expand reporting to other city departments.
The Ames On the Go mobile application will give Ames residents the opportunity to report concerns or issues related to Public Works. Requests including a developing pothole, sign vandalism, drainage problems will now have an easy, convenient reporting with the opportunity to track the request and submit pictures. Requests will be limited to public works issues initially but will expand to cover all City departments in the future. The mobile reporting, Ames on the Go, will be available through the app stores and on the City of Ames website. If you have questions or need to report an issue, please call 515.239.5160.
