ProfilmOnline lets you store, share, view, and analyze 3D images. Profilometers, AFMs, and other 3D microscopes produce surface topography and other related images which can be uploaded to your private gallery. You can view and analyze your images, quickly and easily share them with others, and view images shared by others. ProfilmOnline includes sophisticated image processing operators to perform functions such as filtering noise, eliminating defects, leveling, cropping, and others. It also includes analysis modes such as step height, roughness, cross-section, dimension, and volume.
