2Way Admin

2Way Admin is a supplementary feature of the 2Way app, designed specifically for client administrators and moderators.  It simplifies the process of managing user-submitted reports by eliminating the need to access the web-based backend. Administrators and moderators can assign a status, communicate with users through chat, add notes to reports, and easily forward them to other moderators or responsible parties.
