The Apotheo app is available for clients of online nutrition coaches that use Apotheo, it requires an existing account. Apple Health Integration: • Sync your steps, resting heart rate, HRV, sleep analysis and mindful minutes to your check-ins. This gives your coach more details about your activity level and recovery so that they can better determine your nutrition targets. • Sync your nutrition intake to your check-ins. This allows you to use any macro tracking app that supports Apple Health. • Sync your weight and body fat percentage to your check-ins. This saves you from entering your weight and body fat manually, and gives you an average weight for each check-in period.
