Prophet Mohammed Peace be upon him has urged us on the benefits of dua considering it as one of the superior types of worshiping in the islamic religion. It forms a communication medium between the the person and his creator (Allah Almighty). It is a soul feeding, self therapy and with it faith is strengthened.
