Orchestra Connect is the iOS softphone client designed by VoiSmart for business use: it transforms your iPhone and iPad into your business phone, either replacing or complementing your landline. By integrating with the VoiSmart Orchestra PBX, it allows you to manage your office communications wherever you are, with the simplicity of an everyday app.
What you can do with Orchestra Connect:
- Incoming and outgoing VoIP audio calls
- Blind or consultative call transfer
- Queue management: activate and pause queues directly from the app
- Colleagues’ presence status and setting your own presence (only with the new version of Orchestra Pro)
- Company PBX directory and local phone book, with favourite contacts management (only with the new version of Orchestra Pro)
- Search for contacts via the keypad and while transferring calls
- Call log always at your fingertips
- Customisable avatar (only with the new version of Orchestra Pro) and sort contacts as you wish
- Set up call forwarding (only with the new version of Orchestra Pro)
- Multilingual support in Italian and English
- Light and dark themes
To use the app, you must have a VoiSmart Orchestra PBX with an active licence.
