Description
KiritriX is a photo cutout app that removes the background around people, pets, and other subjects.
Choose a photo and KiritriX creates a transparent PNG you can save and share.
Two cutout methods are supported:
1. Portrait photos
For photos taken in Portrait mode, KiritriX uses the depth or matte information in the photo for cleaner edges.
2. Other photos
For regular photos, KiritriX uses on-device machine learning (DeepLab v3) to detect the subject and create a cutout. This works with photos from any iPhone, though accuracy depends on the photo.
Cutouts are saved in the app gallery so you can reopen and share them later.
